When I started stitching yesterday morning, here is the mast and top of the mast looked like. If you remember from my posting earlier this week, the bot and waves are already completed. I sat down yesterday morning eager to stitch and hopeful everything would go swimmingly. I wasn’t disappointed. After a fair amount of frogging later and there was definite progress made by the end of the day.
By the time I stopped stitching yesterday, I made progress I was pleased with and equally pleased that the stitching became easier as the day progressed. There is plenty left to do but it no longer feels like an insurmountable mountain I will never be able to climb again. I have to tell you it makes me incredibly pleased with myself, hubby, and the world at large. And best of all, I’m pleased the back of my stitching dtill looks as clean as my fronts.
Last night, bored with television I took a gander at stitching websites for the first time in a while. I fell in love, seriously in love with a SamSarah Design piece and promptly pinned it to my pinterest account. Nothing I need but boy howdy I do love that piece and can fully picture it completed and sitting on the new dining room table we are talking about purchasing this afternoon!
