I put a couple of links back up this morning to photo albums. Most of them are stitching related of pieces started and stalled unfortunately. I have some picture albums to sort through and I’ll add the best shots from recent off-roading adventures. The picture above was taken in our backyard this summer, not a bad shot if I do say so myself. It is no where near warm enough to go sit outside right now. Hell it’s damn right cold here in the desert right now, although warmer than it was this time a week ago.
I am pretty sure I decided in the shower this morning what piece I was going to pick up first to get back into the swing of stitching, Book Ink Circles by Tracy Horner. I was part of the original group that started this project on a year long stitch-a-long five years ago. Life has gotten in the way and the piece is currently waiting for me in the Wellness Room (aka Workout Room). It is a piece I loved from the moment I saw it and so, it will be finished this year, it will be a quick stitch so it will leave plenty of time to complete other projects. I will dig out the instructions and find the thread this week. Also, this is the perfect piece to test my Windows Phone stitch count app out with so there’s another plus.
I smell bacon cooking so time to go start eggs and brew DH a cup of coffee. I have my plan for the day, album sorting and sharing. Something I can easily do from the Surface curled up on the sofa with DH and the dogs.
