>Our nephew and nieces arrive from Texas for a visit in less than three weeks and so DH and I have been stocking up on 360 games. I know the 360 isn’t the “kids” version of console but it works for DH and I. 🙂
So far, we’ve picked up Lego Stars Episodes 4-6, Thrillville, and Viva Pinata. I truly enjoy all the games and have played them all extensively. Heck I’m not to proud to admit I’m trying to get my 50 hour achievement in VP honestly. We tried to add Kung Fu Panda to the titles as well but it played horribly. Luckily, we rented the title and it was sent back pretty quickly. It was just too frustrating by the second mission to keep the game.
VP is by far one of my all time favorite 360 titles and I am looking forward to Viva Pinata 2 when it releases this fall. My only true VP gripe is that you are limited in the size of your garden. I would love nothing more than the challenge of trying to successfully have a garden of ALL of the pinatas. Yes I know that pinatas are hostile to one another but heck, if a zoo can successfully house predator and prey species than why can’t I in my VP garden?
Speaking of zoos … I have been wondering why Microsoft has yet to port the highly successful Zoo Tycoon series to the 360. It would make a great 360 title and it would also allow for plenty of DLC should Microsoft go that route. I would much rather build my zoo’s on the big screen than on the laptop.
